Wholeistic Medicine

No that is not a misspelling, just a new word made up by me to describe the combining of modern scientific western medicine with the alternative therapy such as acupuncture.

It is my belief that a patient should be offered the best that modern medicine has to offer and then if that is not working, then we must look elsewhere. That is why we offer acupuncture as another method of care.

I believe that if western medicine always worked there would be no alternative medicine, and then again if alternative medicine always worked then modern western medicine would never have developed. And so what we can safely assume is that neither ALWAYS works, but that maybe using both disciplines we can improve our chances of accomplishing good health.
