New Client Info
The
hospital uses state of the art software to process your pet’s medical care,
which will include automatic reminders for procedures that need to be repeated
on a regular basis. We hope eventually to be able to contact our clients by
email. And maybe as an incentive possibly offer specials that will only be
offered by email.
We
try to always be on time for our appointments with our clients and we would
wish for you to do the same for us. We realize that emergencies can come up on
your end, and all we ask is for you to let us know as early as possible, so
that your appointment can be used by another client. We of course can also
have emergencies and we request your understanding when that happens.
To
facilitate your first visit it would be nice if you could fill out the new
patient form which you can download from here. And then you can fill it in by
hand if you wish and bring it with you or better yet bring it before your
visit and we can have you processed and ready to check in. Please bring any pertinent medical records you might have so
that we can make them a part or your pet’s medical history.
